Details:	This Wellness Journal has been developed as a tool to encourage emotional wellbeing and a balance between work & home life. The cover material is 100% recycled office waste and post-industrial coffee cup waste. The white-lined paper is 100% recycled from post-consumer waste. The elastic strap and ribbon are available in a range of colours, the elastic is not recycled. The whole notebook can be recycled at end of use if the elastic & ribbon are removed. The notebooks are made in the UK and can be personalised by debossing, foil block or full-colour print. Product features include - Casebound hard-backed notebook, elastic strap in a choice of colours to match or contrast, 96 pages, 192 sides of 80gsm white recycled paper, personal details page, wellness foreword written by Karin Blak, self-reflection pages, day planner pages, 16 sides of dot grid pages, 17 plain pages. Radius covered corners to each page, sewn bound for a perfect 180 degree lie flat finish, ribbon page marker in a choice of colour to match or contrast, made to order in the UK.
