Details:	Cafeco 100% Recycled A5 Wellness Journal in a range of contemporary pastel colours. The cover material is recycled office waste and post industrial coffee cup waste. The white lined paper is 100% recycled from post consumer waste. The whole notebook can be recycled at end of use. The notebooks are made in the UK and can be personalised by deboss, foil block or full colour print. A truly sustainable choice and we go still further by donating to Tree Aid planting tress for a sustainable future for poverty stricken areas in Africa. Product features include - Casebound hard backed notebook, 96 pages, 192 sides of 80gsm white recycled paper, Personal details page, Wellness foreword written by Karin Blak, Self Reflection Pages, Day Planner Pages, 16 sides of dot grid pages, 17 Plain pages. Radius corners to each page , Sewn bound for a perfect 180 degree lie flat finish, Ribbon page marker in a choice of colour to match or contrast, Made to order in the UK.
